Calcium reactor issues

The effluent is being drawn from the top of the reactor. The flow of the recirculation pump just keeps the air in suspension and it never seems to purge the air. I even have the end of the effluent line submerged under water in the sump so i can monitor the air leaving the chamber.
Where on the top of the reactor is the effluent line? It's hard to see in your picture but all I can see is the ph probe and the recirculation plumbing.

My v2 carbon doser will only adjust down to 1 bubble per sec. Im not sure it it is malfunctioning or not
The carbon doser runs on seconds per bubble. From a bubble every .1 seconds to 1 bubble every 10 seconds.

If it only will go as low as 1 bubble per second, it is not working correctly.

What line pressure should i set the regulator at for the c02

I run at 10psi, anywhere from 5-20 is good. Lower psi is going to equal smaller size bubbles. The carbon doser instructions recommend around 12psi for testing operation.

Is your CD v2 new or used? It can be your check valve is not fully closing as it should.
