I spread it out every 30 minutes 24 hours per day.

You can set it up not to dose at night using the programing language set the dosing pump to use a switch channel then set up that switch to use a programing function that combines a timer and a dosing function to allow dosing only when the timer is on.
Thanks! Is that available on the Maxi SA or should I connect it to my Profilux and set up the schedule through the controllers programming?

I have no idea I do not have any stand alone dosers.

Got everything running using 8 individual doses of 355 mL between 8 AM and 10 PM. Seems to be working great so far.

Looking at my dosing logs I'm seeing something I can't find documented anywhere. Every single dose shows an "Adjustment" of ~3 mL on both heads (it ranges from ~2.7mL to ~3.3 mL). This happens on every dose, on both heads, consistently. I'm not running a KH Director or ION Director, so it's not adaptive dosing making adjustments based on tank measurements. Does anyone know what the Adjustment field actually represents in the GHL dosing log? Is this normal behavior for the Maxi?

It is normal. I think it is adjustments for whole seconds. Mine calibrated at 140 ml/min = 2.3333333 ml/sec my dose amount is 120 ml which means it would need to run 51.429 seconds but it only does full second time so it adjusts for that. Mine changes from 51 to 52 seconds each dose.

That makes sense to me. Thanks for confirming.

It Is. There is a video in this thread.

I do not run my continuously though I just run a fixed amount every 30 minutes on speed 2
Holy cow I cannot believe the difference. I installed the upgrade board last night and then replaced the pup head tubing and cleaned the heads and reapplied the lubrication. Speed 3 is noticeable but still quieter than before, but switching to speed 2 it becomes a slight whir above the other background noise in my apartment! I shifted my schedule up to start at 6 am because I know It's not loud enough to wake me up. Speed 1, is basically silent unless I specifically listen for it, and speed 0 is perfectly quiet enough to use continuously in my living room if I wanted to. Thanks again for sharing your video, that's what convinced me to upgrade.
