are you looking to clump the already made reef groups into one with the inclusion of the borough's?? there are a few forum groups already created, catered to the NY/tristate folks;

catskill reef
hudson valley reef keepers
westchester county reef club
watergap reef club

not sure if any of those are from where you're located. there could be others from the neighboring states(like my group: EPRA from eastern PA, and of course the NJRC)
