Just curious, who out there has a BBQ smoker?
This is the one I built... old 80 gallon compressor tank that I recycled.

nice! I want to get one on a small trailer like that some day. I love smoked meats.

may favorite (after brisket of course) is home made deer brats. we do about 90-95% deer, then 5-10% pork meat or bacon for some moisture, seasonings cheese and jalapenos all mixed up and stuffed in natural casings, then smoked for a while at a low temp, then tossed on the grill until done.. mmmmmm.. best brats ever..

That's excellent... I would smoke everything if I could, corn in the husk still, cornbread, mac and cheese (don't knock it till you try it)...lol... wife and I are big fans.

AWESOME! I have a small electric smoker, Char Broil I believe.

I love the one I had, it was claimed by the elements as we left it outside all the time... :rofl:

I bet smoked mac would be good, do you have to stir it regularly to get the smoke flavor everywhere in the dish?

Like the "hotsauce", will try it... I let is sit for about 30min without a cover over it... mmmm, now I want mac and cheese...lol

I just have a cheap propane smoker but it makes some pretty good ribs :)



Always wanted to build one, anyone have any plans tips to share?
