Calling Kessil 360W users- color & intensity?

I'm home now and I'm puzzled. I've had it on Acclimation Mode for a couple of days now and it still says 1/14 days. Shouldn't it say 2/14 and so on as the days elapse? Also I have the max intensity starting at 35%. Right now my in program it should be at the maximum intensity but it's only at 17%. I expected it to be at 35% when I got home. I guess I'm not understanding this.

When you set the Acclimation Mode and set the # of days, did you also select which program to do this on? It's usually 1 or 2 is the preset. This is done within the Acclimation Mode setting. I know mine ran down the number of days as expected.

You may want to verify the version your controller has is the latest....V1.04 I think is the latest if I recalled.
