Haven’t heard from him since Feb 8th and’s ordered corals back in August.

Not sure if he’s on the board of 3rmas or not.

Typically with credit cards you only have 120 days or less. Small claims to get a judgement against as an alternative. Won't affect credit rating but could affect future credit applications as those judgements are searchable.

I got scammed by him a long time ago. Ordered about 8 frags. Only received 6. He then liad about not knowing, promised to send them out but after going back and forth for months, I just gave up.

Finally resolved a couple weeks ago. I had to have a sheriff serve notice that I was suing for the remaining balance owed. Within a couple of days of it being delivered, someone contacted me on behalf of Camaro’s Show Coral to arrange payment. During those conversations, they also asked me to agree not to make any further statements about the matter, which I declined.

For clarification, I never heard directly from Camaro regarding the repayment—only from a person who stated they were acting on his behalf.

Funny once they realize the potential punishment in PA is up to 5 years in prison and up to a $10k fine for that amount that can sway people into a resolution.... Glad you were finally made whole.
