camera for around 200 bucks

Trying to upgrade from my iPhone camera. can anyone recommend a decent camera for around 200 bucks?
 
I use the Sony NEX-3N with great results; which is now just over $200 on Amazon.

i use a rebel t3 1100d with 55mm macro lens you can pick one off eBay now pretty cheap

anytime i love this camera it takes really good close ups and has good fast motion snap shot lets me catch fish in a nice swimming poses but which ever camera you deiced to go with just make sure its a DSLR
