Can 2 Royal Gramma be in a 20 gallon tank?

Update: Realized I never followed up. Incase this helps someone else.
Don't recall exactly but I would guess within a week I was done to just one royal gramma.
That one is still doing good today.
If I ever try again someday I will try to find them at the size that was recommended for grouping them. I cant find that article at the moment but it was really small like .75" or something like that.
