I agree with Bryan, looks like a bristle worm
 
Thank you for the responses. I’ve never seen a bristle worm quiet like that one
"Bristle worm" is a very broad term. It's basically a synonym for "Polychaete" a taxonomic class which includes a very large portion of the worms you will find in reef tanks.
I'm sure though BryanM and PolypPocket meant a harmless bristle worm species. I personally can't give you a definite ID from the image, so I'm careful with giving a good guy / bad guy label here 😅
