Can anyone help with these please

I bought two small corals a few weeks ago but stupidly I didnt write the names down, can anyone ID them please? They are in the pictures numbered 1 & 2, then 3 and 4 were frags very kindly given to me yesterday, but they are hard corals and not on bases, so I have no idea what to do with them? Can I just glue them to live rock?
They are:-
3 - limeberry hystrix
4- red plated montipora

And then pic 5, was on the live rock that was given to me with pulsing xenia on, but not sure what it is and if its ok to be in the tank?

Any help or comments appreciated.

glue the sps to A Piece of rubble, or if you know where you want it permanently, glue it there
