ive been noticing these white things on one of my frags. Finally got in the tank with the white light on and got some better photos. any help would be awesome!!

Mesenterial filaments. They can come out for feeding or as a stress response. The tissue on that coral doesn't look that healthy, so it's probably a stress response.

I just finished doing a waterchange. im hoping thats the reason why its ticked off at me. it seems to be the only one of my acros that are doing it.
