the last pic is when it is retracted it can get really bubbly and thats why I am sorta stumped cause I havent seen any of my favia bubble up like it. It looks one of siderastrea or leptastrea when its retracted but when its out.

I still say micromussa. The polyps look pretty small and micromussa can puff up big time - usually more than your typical favia.

Not a micromusa for sure. I am following along to see what it may be but I do know for certain it's not a micro.

The typical Micromussa seen in the hobby is M. amakusensis, which will also have seperate polyp walls. But Micromussa diminuta does have joined walls, but just like favites, the center of the polyps is way off.
