I saw it at an LFS in Tokyo.

That’s a Juvenile Bicolour Parrotfish - Scarus bicolor.
They get I believe 2-3’ long and really aren’t reef safe.

Thanks. Sadly, non reef safe always seems to be the case with fish I don’t know that catch my eye.

Yeah they can get huge 30"
