I'm looking to turn my DBS 2g betta tank into a penn style aio. Anyone have any old scrap pieces of 1/8" black acrylic they could do this with ?

Just need overflow teeth possibly cut in on 1 side. Nothing too fancy. Just let me know.

There are some talented people on here, unfortunately I'm not one. :D
I have a visual of what you might be wanting, do you have a pic?

Literally just a normal false wall. Haha I know,me neither. I have made 1 before and it came out like a pile of crap.

Except mine needs to be 5 3/4" wide x 5 13/15" tall and 1/8" or whatever thick.

what you want to keep in there? Depending upon your bioload you may not need anything, or just hook up a aqua clear 20 with chemipure blue nano + some fliter pad and call it a day. You can throw in a hydor pico or couple of 12v dc pumps for flow,. Im planning to bring them under controller for my 3.7G.

This sounds like a great application for a 3d printer.
If you have some dimensions for what you want for all of the openings and placements, I can make a STL for you to get printed, either on here or elsewhere online.

Probably just Zoa's. I just want something simple, sleek and efficent. Well I have a AC30 and its a hair too wide to fit on the side, and I don't really want to see it. I have a Jebao DC650 I can use for flow and the return,I can get 1/4" fittings for the return and make a egg crate media basket.

I do,very small dims at that lol. 5 3/4" wide 5 13/16 tall 1/8.

If you want keep only zoa or other easy to care for corals you won’t need anything fancy. Get a kessil a80, a heater and that’s pretty much all. Do 50-60 % water change for the first few months then slowly reduce that to 30-40%. Feed benepetit or some other mixed food. Don’t keep any fish , just a single trochus for clean up crew and start the tank with live rock

I will keep all that in mind. I mean it'll be only my 50th tank I have started lol. I have the knowledge, just want to system as clean and sleek as possible. If I can keep a big clunky AC30 off the tank I would be happy.

I want to be able to keep a heater, media rack, pump, ato all hidden and keep the display clean.

Light will be either a new aqua knight that fish-street carries or a diy light. This is just my time waster tank until I can get the 24"x14"x7" tank I want for a full blown sps tank.

I could 3D print it for you. It would be black ABS.

Are you really just wanting a false back-wall, or dividers built in? Any idea on slot sizes and hole for the return line (both size and location)?
Here is a quick design.
