Can I add som fish?

I had an ICH outbreak that killed all the fish, I treeted the aquariun with a reefsafe medication on 06 june and all the fish were dead on 20 june. The aquarium has since run out without fish. 25c in the aquarium

or do i have to wait 80 days?

It's a good idea to wait the full fallow period, yes (I don't recall offhand what it is for ich, sorry).

Generally 60 days is enough for ich to fallow out.
Reef safe meds are ineffective at the dose used in aquariums - the only way to kill ich in a reef is with fallow and quarantining all fish.

25 C. slows down the fallow period a bit - 27 C works much better. You might be o.k. at 60 days from when the last fish died, but adding two weeks on that would be safer. You should quarantine any new fish, else they could bring ich back into your tank with them.....
