Its a 150 gallon tank no corals fowlr, with currently a:

3" blue hippo tang
3.5" sailfin tang
2.5" purple tang
6" foxface rabbitfish
2.75" very very peaceful picasso triggerfish
3" clownfish

Thinking of adding a 3" xanthurus cream angel, a 2" valentini puffer, 3" spotband butterfly and maybe just maybe if space allows a 1" lyretail wrasse, i know once the tangs get bigger they'll need more space i am planning to sell them or putting them in a different tank.

BEFORE I had a gem tang in it(which i sold) that DESTROYED(not sure who it was but it wasnt the picasso) a 2.5" CORAL BEAUTY angel(so its dead now), however i dont know if it was the purple tang or the gem tang but i saw the purple tang chasing it once, im worried the same thing will happen to the new $90 3.5" xanthurus cream angelfish.... help

Couple things to note. Number one, The picasso is super peaceful because it isnt even 3 inches long yet. yes they are one of the nicer triggers to have, but they dont get aggressive untill they hit 6 inches or more. Number two, If your purple tang has issues with angels then why want another one? To me its not worth the risk. That valentini probably wont do well with aggressive tangs. I have one in my fowlr with triggers and they arent the best at competing for food, and they stay small, like 3.5 inches max. Your already on the clock with the sailfin tang, they get huge and in another 8 months thats gonna be a monster, probably close to 8-9 inches.

Maybe posting a pic of your tank will help. The setup (hiding places, flow, rockwork ect) will impact whether or not those new addition will be okay or not

So your setup looks great! But your setup isnt quite what the issue is. Your issue is the type of fish you have and their real reaction to other species of fish. You have space for now, but wont for certain fish in the future.

As I stated earlier, the butterfly may be fine, provided you get it to eat well. The trigger will have disputes with the tangs, but this is nothing anyone else who has a community with triggers does not go through. The wrasse should be fine as well. My caution would be the angel, since your purple appears to not like angels.
