Can I feed my triggerfish sand fleas?

I am in process of stocking a cycled predator tank. I also live on the beach. I do not have triggerfish yet but plan on one Picasso trigger and a Niger trigger. While on the beach the other day I dug up a sand flea and starting thinking….can these be used as food for my triggerfish? Are they safe if taken from the beach? Would like to hear from anyone who has done this or if this is ill advised and why.

Also could I use butter clams I find in the beach? They are everywhere
