I just did a quick vacuum of my sump and I forgot to put a few pieces of rock back in. I really had it in there to get some life on it for another tank, but got live rock instead. The rock seem to just collect detritus and gets in the way of me cleaning the sump. Can I remove it without issue? I do still have a good bit of Marine Pure blocks in the sump. If I remove it, what should I do with it before storing it?

The only concern would be that if the rock was in your sump for a long time, and you removed it, you could be reducing the biological filtration effectiveness of your system. But I think you'll be fine.
