So my midas blenny dissapeared and I'm checking around the tank but I dont see it the only place I cant check is behind the stand but with a flash light I'm checking but dont really see anything my amonia was at 0 and I saw him yesturday sleeping in the sand bed what could have happened

Any Fish Can Jump. but could also have died and been consumed by cleanup crew, or died in a location you could not see. What do you mean by you saw it sleeping in the sand bed? I don't believe blennies are sand sleepers they typically burrow in the rocks, I only mention this because that could have been a bad sign. Depending on the size of the tank could also disappear for a day or two and just be hiding.

Well he made like a little hole and he would curl up there he would always sleep there right next to the glass and it's a 55 gallon reef

Or also many the rose bulb anemone?

My lfs told me they dont jump =/
