Can not connect Radion Gen 3 Pros to Ecosmartlive (3 different devices)

I am getting back into the hobby after a few years. I have my system up and running now, but I am totally unable to get my Radions to connect to Ecosmart live. I have used 3 different devices. I am not sure what else to do besides get a Reeflink. I’ve downloaded the connection manager on both Windows and Mac. What else can I try?

Did you try resetting the Radions to factory default before trying to connect (I assume using USB cable) ?

I did not. I will try that when I have a device I can use and report back

Edit: It seems like you have to still connect via direct USB to even do a factory reset for the Radions below gen 4
