Bicolor parrotfish, Cetoscarus bicolor. It’s not the adult colours yet but it is the juvenile colours.
I’m surprised that Blaxsun didn’t get it, although the region is always a good thjng to ask about!
These get quite big compared to other parrots, also aren’t always reefsafe - Quoyi parrots are more reef safe than these IMHO. It may be more reef safe if it’s kept we’ll get but from the size they need Atleast a 300g tank by the end of it.

Bi color parrot. Havent seen these guys in years !!! They gnaw on coral to sharpen their beaks and can be picky with feeding

As others said bicolor parrotfish. In general they have a really bad track record in captivity. Yet another one of those species that we see from time to time (that we used to see much more often) that doesn’t belong in home/hobby level aquaria.
