If you poke it, it sucks back in SUPER fast, is this aptasia or a anemone

My guess (and only that) is it's a polychaete worm, e.g.. Bispira. Does it retract into a calcareous tube? Guaranteed it's neither aptasia nor an anemone.

 
It is a Feather duster. Which species is I no possible to tell with that picture. I never try to ID these hitch hikers beyond this level.
