I need help identifying this coral please
 
This is a hammer coral.

It is a LPS (large polyp stony) and not a soft coral, so needs some good water chemistry.

Looks a bit bleached as well

These look like mushrooms and if your hammer/frammer isn’t doing will you need to listen to reefsquad to get it to be happy.
