Need help identifying this ocellaris illness.

Noticed yesterday.

Fish mainly behaving normally.

Either a growth or peeling scales- not sure

i SEE SECONDARY LESIONS WHICH are associated with Brooklynella and heavy slime would be associated with same. Treatment would be Ruby Rally Pro which is reef safe and effective. You can give a fish a 5 min freshwater dip to offer temporary relief- same temp as display

Is it being kept with another clownfish? This could be bite marks.

A video really helps to diagnosis Brooklynella, as that disease changes the way that the fish swims.....
