Is this fine or should I not stock something? I have a 75 gallon tank btw.

Interesting fish choice.
Looks like a fine list, the Bass may out grow the tank eventually.

I should have said basslet lol, I might be able to get bigger, but how much bigger do I need for the Harlequin basslet?

I would be worried about the hog fish and shrimp. My buddy had one that waited until the shrimp would molt then destroy them. Also after looking up the Harlequin I would be worried about him too.

Could I get rid of the coral banded but keep the pistol, as the pistol has a burrow?

I think the harlequin bass will be fine in a 75. There was one in a display at a store I worked at in college, I believe it was a 125. It did not need the 6'. Think chalk bass behavior, but much larger.

The hog may get larger.

I don't fully trust either with shrimp or small goby.

The basslet & hogfish will probaly eat the shrimps and harass the goby. Instead of harlequin basslet, get a royal gramma & omit the hogfish. Good luck
