Can we get .HEIC image support?

So I take pictures with my iPhone, and when it Airdrops to my laptop, the files are converted to .HEIC files. I've been using an online converter to get the images to turn into .jpg files, but it would be really handy if I could just drag and drop .HEIC files into my posts!
