The difference is = the bottom one is going to empty my wallet faster than the top one. Actually - neither are.

It's not fair that one has cornbread on it....that's a giveaway, and I do believe there is a big difference when looking closely. A $250 dollar difference....that's up to the collector!

Yes there’s a difference. Actually a big difference. The cornbread one has a solid orange center like utter chaos while the cheaper one is speckled throughout. The cheaper one is actually a nightmare zoa and has a price jacked beyond belief. My lfs actually sells them for $15pp. Cornbreads has speckled skirts while the cheaper one has definite striped skirts.

It’s minor details like that allow you to distinguish expensive zoas from even more expensive zoas. For instance go check out browsers and candy apple reds in person. A quick glance and you may think they’re the same thing but if you actually look at them, bowsers have a thin yellow ring on the outer edge that makes them worth twice as much to a collector :)

Cornbred is a retailer that sells his own named corals for unbelievably high prices. He has beautiful pieces don’t get me wrong. But you can find them elsewhere for 90% off

Aha, thanks! Just went to the website. Yeah beautiful corals but wow... Very pricey!

I’ve bought from them, no complaints. But I can’t help but to think that’s a campfire and they adjust the light and change the name? I bought one and I also have campfire Zoanthids. I can’t tell the difference under my light

It’s actually a big difference, you just have to observe the photo. There is no difference in blues or saturation. It’s a different pattern.
