Hello - Take a look at the below - sorry for the poor quality but have not been able to catch it yet.

But this evening I noticed that my canary blenny that I've had for about 2 months seems to be missing part of his lower mouth. Its a sort of brownish, white color in the affected area.

Not sure if he ran into the tank wall and something happened or some sort of disease?

Another note is that it appears that a fair bit of the yellow on the top of the head is turned a darker color - almost bluish.

The fish is certainly not 'fat' (not exactly thin) - I'm not sure I see a missing piece of mouth. All of that said - it could very well be an injury of some sort. Is there any more information you can give, QT'd vs not, etc

It looks like an injury to me as well - not really any treatment for that except to try to ensure it gets enough to eat, perhaps chopping the food up if it has difficulty swallowing?

"Subterminal lower jaw," if I remember correctly?
Hope it gets better.
