Canary blenny internal parasite?

I noticed that my canary blenny was pooping out this weird thing. Is it a internal parasite or sickness?

I have had him for 3 months. There hasn’t been any other symptoms and he has been eating well as well as the other fish. I also feed them flakes or frozen fish cubes.
