Thinking about a Candy Basslet for my established 180 gal, one of those fish I've wanted for the better part of a decade.

They have a reputation of being timid, but for those who have kept them, how bad is it? I've got established tangs in what is a pretty well stocked display, but have managed to keep other timid basslets (notably a very shy black cap) without issue.

Is their timidity comparable to something like a black cap, or is it on another level? Any best practices to help them fit into an established tank?

i kept 1 in a 20 gallon with a firefish very timid fish i don't think i would put 1 in a 180 gallon you would never see it i think it would stress in a tank with big boisterous fish like tangs ect
