Also the media in my filter is,

(Top)
Seachem Matrix
Seachem Purigen
Poly-Fil
Sponge
(Bottom)

Are any of those issues? Sorry I’m new.
Matrix will reduce Nitrate and Purigen does the same and are likely affecting these levels. Pull them for now and place on paper towel and lock in a ziplock bag for use later and allow levels to climb. I assume newer tank and you dont need this media, at least yet. For phos and nitrate, salifert and hanna brand tests are best

Very interesting, I’ll do that and see how the levels look tomorrow, I appreciate the help, phos and nitrates have been a struggle for me as of recently.

Take a water sample to a store that does not use API tests and see what readings they come up with and to compare with yours

Man U are a life saver, my heart stopped, it’s one of my FAVORITE corals.

I do feed them some oyster feast, However I only feed them like once a week, I’ll start feeding them way more often (2-3 times a week) and see how they go.

Do you have any tips on my phosphate and nitrate issue? My tanks new and the GHA snags it all, I’m worried abt dosing bc I’ve see people say “let the tank naturally do its thing and fight the GHA and naturally increase the phos and nitrates.”
What is your phos and nitrate level?
With gHA - Is your tank at or near a window?
Sorry I missed this

Phos- 0ish
Nitrate- 0ish
GHA is pretty gnarly but I’ve don’t a good job removing it when it gets long.
