Candy cane

I was told this was a candy cane but it doesn't look like any of my others or any that I have seen before, can anyone positively identify it?

it is possibly a candy cane that is on the verge of death. the white is exposed skeleton(likely, or just the flesh of the coral thin to the point of exposing skeleton). the green is what's left/alive.

it is also possible to be a lobophyllia, also an LPS.

Photo under white lights? It could be a candy cane, but I agree it doesn't look like it is doing too hot
