Looks good, but why are they pointing down? You would see them better, and they would get better light, facing up
If you turn the whole frag about 180 degrees all the trumpet heads would all face up toward the light and that would probably be beneficial to them. See how the ones on top (in the light) are nice and puffy and the ones on the bottom look noticeably different?Looks good, but why are they pointing down? The ones facing down will die without them getting light. Can everyone let me know if my candy cane looks healthy and happy? First time having one so just want to make sure it looks happy!
Overall looks good. The only thing I can say is. . .Can everyone let me know if my candy cane looks healthy and happy? First time having one so just want to make sure it looks happy!

Similar to candy cane- this is a trumpet coral. While the bottom is not my favorite location due to sand particles, assure moderate light and water flow. Feed at least 2x per week with mysis shrimp (1-2 pieces good) per head
Assure calcium no less than 380 as the skeleton looks a little off
It’s getting plenty of light especially on the stem. It’s very puffy. The light is hitting it all angles that you can’t seem from the pic. I’ve seen a ton of photos of corals growing on the side and the underneath parts are just fine. The ones facing down will die without them getting light.
No if's, and's, or but's about it.
