Cannot adjust time EcosmartLive

I have two XR15 pro G3 lights. I bought them new about 5 /6 yrs ago. They have always worked great. However, just recently I am having issues adjusting the time on the lights. My account is set for EST, I've tried set "automatic" and "custom" in the time banner on the top if the webpage. I have rebooted lights/factory reset and checked for firmware updates. Nothing is working ...any suggestions? I have also submitted a ticket for help...but figured I would try here also.

I won the XR30 Blue. I called them and they helped me set it up. They were great, really nice people. If you need thier number just let me know. I don't think they are open on the weekend. Good luck.
