Just got a canon d10 and was wondering what everyone with this camera shoots in to take good pics of acros.I was wondering if i should just shoot in aquarium or set up a custom setting, any help would be appreciated, thanks mike

you mean a Canon 10D right...you will want to invest in a good macro lens like a tamron 90, sigma 105 or 150, tokina 100 or canon 100

Im pretty sure he means the Canon Powershot D10, its a underwater camera, SexyCorals uses it sometimes.

In program mode (P), 80 ISO, underwater, macro, exposure -1, no flash. ALWAYS double check that both hatches are closed tight before going under. Balance against the glass or a rock if possible. Hold your breath while taking a shot, and press the button slowly without jiggling the camera. It only takes a little practice before most of the shots come out good.
