Cant login into R2R app

I cannot log into the reef 2 reef app is there any reason as to why i cant i tried logging in and it says you are not logged in or do not have permission to do this then i tried resetting my password and it says the same thing but i can log in fine threw internet

Unfortunately, support for the Reef2Reef app was discontinued about a month ago

Although discontinued, I prefer the web version on my phone.
