Can't post in for sale???

I am unable to post in any of the new or old forums for live or dry goods areas for some reason even though I am a Partner member as well as a supporter?

It says at the bottom "You have insufficient privileges to post threads here. You have insufficient privileges to post threads here"

Can someone help me out please.
