Can't post videos on reef2reef forums

how come you can't upload videos on reef2reef ? The only videos it lets me upload are links to YouTube or Facebook stuff like that but not videos that are in the iPads video gallery. Does anybody have some insight on that? Thank you.
 
First, this has been moved to the Forum Feedback/Help forum. At the current time, videos can't be directly uploaded to the site, except I do believe a new perk of this years Partner Membership is the ability to do a direct upload. In general though, providing a link to YouTube or others is the best option.
 
Thanks for the quick response and for putting the thread in the correct area, there was so many couldn't find the help one.

The short answer is that it is expensive to host videos, both in terms of storage and bandwidth.
