Can't reestablish amphipods

Almost a year ago I had a voltage leak in my 5g and it wiped out all my amphipods now I just can't get them reestablished what could be preventing that?

Interesting. How is your copepod population?

Haven't checked in a while going to have to wait till it's a bit darker to check , before the incident I had tons of them but I noticed there aren't really as much now last I checked. Recently dumped pods with phyto about a week ago though.
