i did have suspect that its this one but the spots on the cheek made me unsure. Is this guys hardy and easy to keep? And do well with fang blenny and wrasses?
Yes they are hardy and very peaceful. They do well with all species. But aggression would depend on the wrasse. I have wrasse and they never gave a problem to my cardinal

The wrasse will be a small pink streak wrasse or the baby yellow coris. This cardinal would be in first then fang blenny and the wrasse last
