Currently I only have a skimmer on it for a 65 gallon tank... the corallife 65 gallon...so I'm not adding anymore fish until I upgrade that.... been looking for a used G1X on ebay or something... or if I can't find one I'll break down and buy a new one...

Anyone have any other better suggestions for a skimmer? I heard those were good... I'd like a good one that isn't too loud....

Current inhabitants... brought over from my 65 and 46:
2 Red/White striped serpent stars
1 Grey/Black striped serpent star
5 Scarlet hermit crabs
1 Blenny
1 Green Mandarin
1 Spotted Leopard Wrasse
1 Valentini Puffer
1 Green Spotted Puffer
1 Royal Gramma
1 Foxface
2 False percs
1 LTA
1 Condi Anemone
2 Skunk Cleaner Shrimp
1 Fire Shrimp
1 Peppermint Shrimp
2 Turbo Snails
2 Flower Anemones (split after tank move)
several various snails

I've also just added two clams this week... 1 ORA Blue Rimmed Derasa that wasn't doing well at insanecorals...so I thought I'd nurse it and see if I can bring it back to health... and then this one...not sure what type it is:

Casualties:
Green Mandarin... was fine for a week..then never saw her again..not sure why she died.

I just bought a small orange spotted goby ( 2 inches ) and put him in ... I'm wondering if I'll ever see him again... heh. He was too cute not to buy... although I'm thinking he'll be hard to find in there!!

Nice...... I like my turboflotor 1000 skimmer, easy to use and unlike the coralife (I have 2 220's) you don't have to make adjustments and it has never overflowed

Well a member of my local club had a used corallife 220 for sale...so I bought it...and just swapped it out on the tank...

I also picked up a baby 1" Koran Angel today ... my gf loves them..and we tried one right after I setup my 65 and it died cuz it was too early for one and we didn't realize it.

Even though this tank has only been up for a month...since I put everything from my established 65 in there... I think everything should be good enough for it...specially since my other fish all seem fine .... hopefully it'll do ok.

I don't remember what kind of LPS coral this is..it was half dead when I rescued it from the neglected insanecorals tank that was under 70 degrees for a week..now it's 5 inches across.

I will get one of those this week too... I need to clean my glass really good before taking pictures :) I'm really bad about leaving streaks on the glass..heh

You think night time shots come out better if the tank is near a window? I always seem to get a reflection of the window during the day....
