Caught flatworms eating my torch frag

Hi flatworms have attacked my torch frag, I took out and dipped and this is what it looks like now

Will it recover ? Is it nearly dead?
This was it before

Any help and advice appreciated

We seen those before dip the coral 3 times in 3 weeks, that should take care of the problem.
