Well u posted a pic w multiple frags and a trade name. Identifying which one it was And a species would help. Also not much provided on tank info good luck. I’m not an expert but have some sps including acropora. Even a CB. Imagine that.

I have mine in 300 par, lower light it gets a bit more of that crimson color. Big water flow on mine.
Nice! That piece looks on point! (no homo) I need the super bright neon orange with the pe swingin on this guy too and was worried he was gettn too much flow,good i feel better now thx. Before getting more SPS (especially acros), find out what caused the others to not have PE - check at night to make sure you have absolutely none. Often that is a sign of a coral not doing too well.
The frag survived and is now getting better color and pe by the day. The problem that I figured out with the acro's was: the tank was too new,along with having too low nutrients. It took me losing a tck swizzle stick, cb confetti and a gmk zoa to come to this conclusion. At about the 5-6month mark the bacteria must have colonized the surface area cause it took hold and bottomed out phosphate one day and nitrate the next. When I tested and found this out I immediately took the gfo offline fed the fish and dosed both no3 & po4 (brightwells stuff and not at the same time). The next day no3 was at 1.2, po4 still 0 so I took the refugium offline and dosed more phosphate. After doing so it took about a day or 2 but the nutrient levels climbed backup. But the acros continued to loose color for about a week until they turned brown,except the 2 I mentioned of course they striped their flesh off, as for the gmk he closed the day the nutrients bottomed and melted by day 3. After that depressing week, everything is dialed in on the tank,colors are slowly coming back and pe is slowly swinging again. The big r wd might need some prayers to the reef gods but other than that all is well.
