FOODS AND FEEDING - May need to present live foods to acclimate, thereafter, offer fresh or grozen fish, crustacean flesh, drill using a feeding stick. Feed 2 times a week to satiation

REEF COMPATIBILITY - Will eat ornamental crustaceans and fish tankmates

CAPTIVE CARE – This species will readily adjust to captivity, but may require live crustacean foods to initiate feeding. Some individuals will accept pieces of fresh shrimp on a feeding stick. Grass shrimp and small fiddler crabs may also be needed for acclimation, but once settled, it usually will eat most meaty foods. This species requires plenty of hiding places.
