I decided to add some actinics to my lighting so I ordered an icecap 2-39 watt t5 retro from Champion Lighting. I ordered the lights last Thursday and I got Overnight fedx shipping. Well the lights arrived today 8 days afer I ordered them. Not only were they 7 days late but they sent the 4' package instead of the 3' that I ordered. So I called them and explained that they sent the wrong lights. After being on hold for 25mins someone got on the phone and very rudely told me they would send out the 3' lights but they wouldnt be able to send it until Mon or Tues. I asked why they couldnt send them today and he told me it was to late in the day. It was 12 noon. So after spending $50 on overnight shipping I will get my lights about 2 weeks after I ordered them. I usually order my lights from reefgeek but for some reason I went to Champion. Big mistake. They will never get my business again.

Wow is that over night on Jupiter time or what? That's BS, I would ask for your money back too.

that is why they created the "chargeback" notify Visa or whom ever you charged with. Get your money back and let champion deal with the recall labels. You had a contract with them and under the CC rules they did not fullfill the argeement. Then order from Reefgeek. I have never been turned down on an AMEX chargeback, ever. good luck

That is crazy! Whenever I have gotten something from Champion I just go over there (Ambler, PA) and get it. They don't advertise pickup, but they told me it is was cool.

I originally was going to pick it up but they said They didnt keep any of the bulbs or reflectors at the warehouse. They have another warehouse somewhere down south.
