I have 7 foot tank and recently got 2 mp40 power heads will this be a decent amount of flow for mixed reef tank and was thinking one at each end towards the top and one close to front and one close to back. Also was hoping to remove all the pumps to open up space and cut down on the amount of things plugged in . 5 pumps down to 2 with room to add more in future if needed.

Could be okay, I truly like gyres better, but the proof is in the flow. So either tossing in some mysis, flake, aminos, something to see where everything is going is a good first step to trying to ascertain if the two mp40's are enough.
