I found someone selling/trading a pair of Gold maroon clowns that he claims have laid eggs before.
I already have a pair of wyoming whites and a pair of nearly naked.
I am contemplating trading or selling my Nearly naked and getting the maroons...

What do you guys think...
I love my nearly naked, but would really like to have a pair of clowns that host any of my nems in the tank...
None of them do

As it stands now, 1 pair stay on left of tank and other on right of tank, they interact very little if any.

I don't think maroons can be put with anything else... That's just my understanding, if someone have done it please post and let me know.

Well I mean, my clowns now fight whenever they see each other but its not crazy... 6 foot long tank so they just stay on their own side and everyone is good.
Plus with the presence of Large angels and Tangs, the clowns tend to stay in their place anyway, but you may be right...
Maybe the Maroons are more aggressive and will venture to other side...

I would love to be wrong cos I love to have a pair of golden nugget maroons

GRRRR, there no way im getting rid of my whites and nearly naked for Maroons...
Oh well, guess its not happening.

Maroon clowns are about as aggressive as clowns get, plus the females get much large than your average clown

As almost everybody has said, it could work, but your chances are like 1 in a 1000. Better off to stick with what you've got.
