I’ve been unable to view my charting history. I’ve attached screenshots of what I’m seeing on my app. Is there something that I’m missing?

First question - How long time between activation of data sampling and when you try to see the chart. It seems like the graphs is uploaded in batches. Normally it takes some hours after activation before you can see any data.

@Lasse I logged onto the phone app and desktop version to make sure the option to record has been checked 3 weeks ago. How long does the process take before it starts to collect and save the data?

A couple of hours only - this is something else that is wrong. Do your desktops app setting look like this

Do you have access to the client -server program - GCC? Is it a P4 or P3.x you have?

I am using a P4 controller.

I ask about CCG because you can use that in order to check if your P4 collect sample points or not. As I see it - it can be either a sampling fault (your P4 does not sample) or a transmission fault between your P4 and MyGHL. But I think you should send in a ticket.

In GCC for P4 is the old system for local graphic presentation of the normal sensors for P3 still present

Go here. Be sure that the value you want to store is checked (should be if you have checked it in the app or browser. Click read and save

Chose there you should save it - give it a name

Answer yes (Ja)

Mark which data you will see

Chose the one you want to see closer - I chose pH 1 - and if you want to see a certain part of it - do it this way

If this work - you know that your P4 does the needed sampling and that the problem is in the transmission
