!!!!Check out this tank I set up at my sons school!

This has been a super fun project for me. Like bringing me back to my days as a voracious hobbyist years ago with tanks all over the place with all sorts of cool things going on inside them. lol.

This is an old 65gallon Oceanic from the 90s! was given to me by @shred5 years ago. It went through many different uses in my possession and even a few year stint that my sister had it set up.

I actually set this up last year, literally with things I had laying around which felt awesome (had to build a stand) but the teacher, Mrs Kanthack needed to move classrooms so I ended up moving it a few weeks ago. Last week I upgraded the sump to this super cool DSB lagoon, complete with an impromptu waterfall. It's just cool. Going to add some mangroves and some novelty critters like horseshoe crabs and stuff like that. People have been reaching out with donations including a friend at Finiship, Coralvue, and Philip at KP aquatics. Thanks guys!! Super cool of you!

Hey I hope so! The teacher was really into it too. She said she’d always wanted to do something like this so she’s way enthusiastic about everything.

I think that aquarium was given to me by Les when he moved to Texas.
I watched a video where you mentioned it once too.
Just happy someone is still getting good use out of it..

I don’t know if they are around. But I do know that my old oceanic 125 was HEAVY! (and awesome)

They have been gone a while, shut down by parent company. I think some of the employees started another company if memory serves me right but not sure they are around anymore either.

No school like the old school,,,,,All skate

I'm not gonna lie it's way fun. So for Christmas, all 3 of my kids got some halfway decent roller skates ages 15, 12 and 8. At some point, I was like. "that looks way fun to me!" skating out doors that is. Just on the road going all over.

So, I went ahead and got myself a pair, and let me just say that, not only is it way way way better than walking. I have been having an ultimate blast skating all over town. lol best exercise ever. People are starting to talk about the roller skater guy. Who's me. It's hilarious!
