Please purchase a module for the day you would like your corals shipped, and they will arrive on the next business day. All shipping modules purchased before the sale starts (12-28 @ 3pm Eastern time) will include a free coral skull t-shirt! (while supplies last). Please put your requested t-shirt size in the order notes, or email us your shirt size. If you do not inform us of a t-shirt size, we will randomly put a t-shirt in your box.

To enter simply purchase a shipping module on our site before the sale starts! We will be doing a drawing for free shipping! (your shipping module will be refunded if you win, must make a qualifying purchase during the sale (not a $5, $10, $20 frag)).

Live Sale Tips and FAQ

• Make an account on www.cherrycorals.com, the site only saves Name, email, and address info. No credit card information is saved on our site. Guest checkout is disabled for the sale.​
• We will post photos and links to our site here on reef2reef. Click the links and then add the product to your cart. Checkout with only one coral at a time. After each hour is over we will enable the hour for general viewing, this is a great time to pick up a few pieces that were missed.
• Refresh this page on reef2reef often so you can catch our posts. There will be batches of posts every 5-10 minutes.

Do you allow local pickup? - Yes, you may pick up your corals in person during our posted hours. We ask that you please give us notice you are coming via email, text, or phone call. We will print your orders and have your corals bagged up when you arrive.

I'm local and plan on picking up, do I need to buy a shipping module? - No, we find all your orders based on your name/email address.

If I buy a shipping module and don't get any corals will you refund me? - Yes, you will receive a refund if you do not purchase any corals.

I have corals in my shopping cart, but I went to check out and they are gone, what happened? - A website shopping cart is not like a shopping cart in a grocery store, it does not protect you from others buying the coral. After adding a coral to your cart, a timer will start with 2 minutes to check out. If you do not checkout, the coral will be released and anyone can then buy it.

I won't be around the week of January 6th, can you ship the following week? - We will have shipping modules for the week of January 13 available on Friday, January 10th.

Do you offer Saturday delivery? - No, the delivery failure rate for Saturday is very high. If the shipment is late, it will not show up until Monday and all the corals will likely be in poor condition.

I can't seem to get any corals, what am I doing wrong? - Live sales are highly competitive, especially in the first few hours. Keep in mind this is a 12 hour sale, spread over 2 days with 1000+ corals. If you are not able to get any corals, come back a few hours later. After the sale is over we will be discounting all regular site corals by 20% off. There will also be new stock added to the site next week, so there will be plenty of opportunities to add sale corals to your order.

**Orders not picked up or shipped within 2 weeks will be refunded unless specific arrangements have been made**

**Our modules are for the day shipments go out, NOT the day that they will arrive.

#1 Shipping modules are $39.99 and are available now. Modules will be for Monday January 6th, Tuesday Jan 7, Wednesday Jan 8, or Thursday Jan 9 ship outs, buy the module for the day you wish to have your order shipped!!! There are a limited number of ship outs for each day so buy early to get your preferred day. We will search the site using your full name entered on the shipping module order to combine all orders for a single ship out. If you don't purchase a module we won't know when you want to ship. UPS overnight is the service used to transport your purchases. Use the same name and email address for ALL of your orders or we will inadvertently not ship them. We are experimenting with a new order picking functionality so everyone will be forced to log in before being able to purchase. There will be no guest checkout.

#2 If there is a UPS delay for whatever reason we will not refund shipping charges. If a loss is incurred and we replace a shipment, the purchaser must pay for shipping again, no exceptions.

#3 We will not combine orders from different people, please do not ask. Payments must all share the same email address or we will assume that these are two different orders from two different people. Simply placing the order under the same name but using a different funding source will force us to treat them as two different orders and two shipping modules will apply. If there are different names associated with each order when I check for accuracy they will all be treated as separate orders. NO TEAM BUYING!

#4 All sales are FINAL, no refunds, no exceptions. Do not ask us to exchange one item for another after you have purchased it. Don’t ask us to cancel an order after the sale is over, you made a purchase and in doing so stopped someone else from buying said item so please follow through.

#5 For every 2 sale items(less than $20) you must purchase 1 sale item $20 or greater.

#6 Prices on the website are the only 100% correct prices, we try very hard to make the posts match the website but we are only human and errors can occur.

#7 Please try and be fair, snipers need to exercise restraint.

#8 If an item sells more than once we will only honor the first person to purchase said item, the others will be refunded. DOA’s will not be replaced, they will be refunded. Please do not be angry if we have to refund you, in many cases we are selling at or below cost and cannot supply additional pieces. This particular rule is common among all live sales regardless of who is doing the sale and I have posted this rule multiple times within the thread so it should not be a surprise.

#9 There is no prize for checking in each hour.

#10 To be entered to win the grand prize of a Neptune Trident simply make a purchase during the live sale both Saturday and Sunday. Combined price of both purchases must be $100 or more. Deadline to make qualifying purchases is 1am each day and can be a regular site item. Shipping module does not count as one of the required purchases. I will post a list of those who are entered, if I missed you I will add you and repost the list. Once I am comfortable that the list is complete and accurate I will post that this is last call, wait 24 hours(or so), and I will then do the drawing.

#11 Reef trivia or caption this contests will be done randomly during the sale. These are a lot of fun and please keep entries clean and family friendly. Prizes will be GC’s, T shirts, or dry goods prize packs. Prizes will be shipped after the live goods have all gone out. Gift Certificates will be for $25 or $50 and must be used within 60 days or they will expire, use it or lose it, no exceptions. Don’t be upset if the 60 days has passed and you find your GC to be unusable.

#12 We are going give $50 Gift certs at every 1000th post too so stay tuned and be active! (It starts with the post number of our first picture set). Same Gift Cert rules apply, use in 60 days or lose it.

#13 Gift Certificates will be emailed out roughly a week after the sale, Todd is lazy but promises to do it as soon as he can.

#14 ***If you don’t buy a shipping module we won’t know what day you would like to ship, we use the shipping modules to search the site and get organized. We do not create a “shipping” thread.

***This live sale ships the week of January 6th, all shipping modules are for the date your order SHIPS. If you choose a Monday shipping module it will go out Monday for delivery Tuesday.

If you cant take delivery the week of the January 6th, no problem, we will put up shipping modules for the following week.

Locals are welcome to pickup, call us to setup a time. Hours will be a little odd due to the holiday.
